Pastaj Ishameli, bir i Nethaniahut, u ngrit me dhjetë burra që ishin me të dhe goditën me shpatë Gedaliahun, birin e Ahikamit, bir i Shafanit. Kështu ata vranë atë që ishte caktuar nga mbreti i Babilonisë si qeveritar i vendit.
